I want to give more stars because I think the place is super cute & I love that it’s located inside a Scandinavian museum w/ shops & things… but I just can’t. It was okay. The cookies were tasty & the cookie platter offered a lovely variety of cookies. However, the tea was plain (no cream offered) & the coffee was awful. I couldn’t recommend this place in good faith for anything other than the cookies & even those are… ehhhh. You’re better off going to a Swedish bakery for a cute fika moment tha
Waitstaff was wonderful, providing recommendations when I had questions (all on-point) and food was fantastic. Had the Duo of Island Salmon (just the right size) and Princess Cake to follow - decadent (and sharable). I'll be coming back for sure!
I was excited to try the cafe here but for some reasons the place was not welcoming. This review might be subjective but I did feel the host today intentionally separated consumers by races or appearances. Overall slightly pricy. The potato waffle with shrimp I got was good but nothing too impressive. The waffle had a chewy texture with a crispy edge. But I do appreciate the greens with it. Apple cake was served cold, crumbled as you dig in. Pretty decent.
