I am honestly shocked by both the service and the food quality at Shake Shack Midtown East. The burgers smelled like old burnt cooking oil, and after eating, my entire family felt unwell. For the prices they charge, the quality was completely unacceptable. We paid nearly $90 for four burgers and two beers, and the experience was far below expectations. Excellent burgers at a reasonable price—though they should be bigger to match the ones in the photo. The flavor is GENIAL, but the restrooms were dirty. All things considered, they are the best burgers in N.Y.!!!
My daughter had an interview in the area so we stopped in to grab a bite . So we ordered on the kiosk it was really simple we did know what to order so we got some of everything( pic included ) the service was fast( we did get table service because we want to chill and eat) the women who brought us our food was such a delight im not sure of her name (we visited on a monday around 4pm) the server said she was leaving at 4 but stayed a lil adter to make sure we was good i appreciated the extra mil
