This was my first time ever going to a Blaze Pizza and it was wonderful! Everything was very clean, process to order was straightforward and easy. I love that there are so many different options for building your pizza! The pizza was thin and crispy which is my preferred way to have pizza though if you’re a fan of a thicker crust you do have that option to choose for your base. The staff are horrible, I waited over an hour for a small pizza. They took walk ins first when they should have took online orders first. I will never ever come back. Waiting for an hour and nobody could answer why the food was taking long. They were unprofessional and rude. Everyone kept getting their orders before people that ordered online. They were not organized at all. They did not refill the lemonade. When the pizza was finally done it was undercooked. I don’t know how this place is still
Staff /workers are so friendly! Young and hardworking, the pizza is great. Wish I could leave tip. Pizza is yum but wish they had better desserts, great outdoor seating. Only neg is the cleanliness of the serving station, they get super busy but should prioritize a cleaner atmosphere.
