Amazing how pervasive a corporate culture can be. BNP has managed to make their NY local staff as annoying as they can be back in their offices in France. Now going to call my US bank for some proper customer assistance.
They don't have an ATM to withdraw money from and therefore customers who come from Europe are forced to pay commissions in other banks in 2023.
The ultimate worst bank. They will not even answer your calls politely. They will not tell you how to open an account or what it take. I will avoid this bank and work with another institution
