Dinner at BONG was absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying Khmer cuisine, but definitely not the last one. What a complex flavor combination: perfect blend of salty, sweet, sour and spicy. Every dish was bursting with flavors, colors, spices, and unique combination of simple ingredients. We have tried oysters - kumquot added tangy-ness to the familiar taste - grilled asparagus tuk kreung - flavorful, perfectly seasoned, great appetizer - beef carpaccio - one of my favorite dishes - thank
