Bottega was one of the first spots i hit once i moved to Crown Heights and i’ve been a regular ever since. i wanna say their sammies are the main reason i keep coming back, but the truth is that their food is a reflection of the people behind it. Christian and his team have always been so kind & welcoming, and the chefs never fail to put a smile on my face when they roll out hit after hit!! so excited to see them expanding in the neighborhood and hope they’ll stick around for many years to come
Went for their supper club on a Friday and had their prix fixe menu. I had never been to a “supper club” before and was anticipating the experience. While it was creative, I found it rather lacking taste wise. Everything just tasted kind of bland. No dish wow’ed me but no dish was straight up terrible either. The cinnamon roll was delicious. A solid 5/5. The vanilla bean cream cheese frosting was very good. I would come back for this. The tiramisu latte could’ve been sweeter and did taste a little bitter in my opinion. A 3/5 at best. It was just okay. I think I would probably purchased another drink when I stop back.
