We had an amazing time at Bou'ote. The owner as usual, was super friendly and came out to talk to us about each dish he had and any questions we asked. You can tell he really really enjoys what he does and it's more than just his passion, because at first I ordered a sea-bass sandwich, and after a couple minutes he came out saying that the bread wasn't up to his standards and he doesn't feel comfortable sending it out.
