I’m a long time guest of Orsay, a great restaurant also. By chance, I was in the neighborhood of Cognac and stopped in. First, I was surprised by its size. It’s much smaller than Orsay. I sit at the bar to eat, and there’s only 5 seats. I have a front row seat to the action, and these waiters are energetic and enthusiastic. Love that. There’s a second floor but I’m too lazy to check out that dining area. My new place.
Small, but cute. The food is good. All we had a couple of drinks and appetizers at the bar. Calamari were good, but portions are small.
