I love this spot. The coffee & baked goods are both great, my favorite is the cheese bread. There’s always a line showing just how good it is and everyone behind the counter is kind & fast in getting to everyone ordering. The only thing I wish is that there was more seating!
When I learned that the former head baker of Maison Kayser opened a bakery, I knew I had to check it out. As soon as I opened the door, I felt that Maison Kayser certainly lives on: the cookies, the chaussons, they all looked so familiar. Yes, the space is much smaller, but the same spirit is there. Favorite bakery in the east village. Every pastry I’ve tried is always made so fresh and tastes delicious. My favorites are the croissant and vegan pumpkin chocolate loaf! Also the decor is always so cute and cozy!
