Let me start with parking. Found a spot at the entrance. No meters! Immediately seated and ordered a Cuban and ribs. Just the right amount of meat and pickle. Ribs fell off the bone. BUT PLEASE lets talj about the beer, after all, this is an ale house with 16 selections: I drank one, then sampled 3 and selected amongst those. The staff is small but well oiled. Have ordered the poutine twice, both times with pulled pork instead of beef, and the experiences were both very good. (I ate at a table in the bar area because the dining room adjacent was not open.) Ordering was fast but it took a while for the food to arrive. Both times the poutine was served attractively with scallions on top and a good portion of pulled pork crowning the pile of gravy-covered fries and cheese curds. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, the music was on point and the crowd was really nice. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the waitress. After our food was served, our waitress never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything. We waited over 45 minutes after finishing our meal, and she still did not return. My boyfriend eventually had to go up to her to ask for to-go containers, and she seemed visibly bothered, as if he was invading her person
