Shoutout to Carolina at Smashburger, she was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience really smooth. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service, which made such a difference. We got our food quickly and everything was handled perfectly. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while!👌🏻🤍
I usually love the burgers but the customer service is awful. It was 8:30pm (they close at 11pm) on a Thursday and two of my friends ordered burgers to dine in, they were rude about all of the others 4 of us seating together our different stuff to eat from the store next to it. Even though some of us ordered food at the burger’s place. They said tables were close in the back where there was space for our group. They said we couldn’t stay and we all had to leave.
