The best addition to the neighborhood in years. It’s such a treat to have some of the most delicious croissants, sourdough loaves and baguettes in New York just around the corner. The real star though is the puff brioche - one of our favorite things to bring to dinner or brunch with friends (or to devour ourselves over the course of a weekend). It’s light, fluffy, buttery and sweet and I’ll miss it every day when we move.
I would really like to be a gatekeeper and not let people know how good the croissants are here! Omg!!! They are just so scrumptious. Crispy, buttery and flaky perfection. We tried the regular croissant, chocolate croissant and we even tried the coconut macaroons. We were impressed.
We heard about this bakery on YouTube and learned they were winners of the 2023 NY’s best croissant competition. We made sure to visit them during our trip 😁 Really nice staff and cute store in Brooklyn. To be fair, we didn’t try their plain croissants that earned win, instead we decided to go for the Chocolate croissant and Almond croissant, the latter being my favorite type.
