Just attended the Intro to Sake Course given by the VERY knowledgeable and super nice Tim Sullivan! Tim guided us through a tasting of several different sake (pronounced Sock KAY as we learned) from dry and crisp to fruity, sweet and savory as well as the color and aroma. The snack plate was a very nice treat to our experience. An interesting tour of the brewery highlighted the craftsmanship behind each brew. We're looking forward to our next class!! Thank you Tim Sullivan and Brooklyn Ku
Phenomenal visit to Brooklyn Kura! Not only was the sake exceptional, the service was next level! Had so much fun trying amazingly well crafted sakes (all brewed onsite, with US grown rice! Delicious!) with so much knowledge and passion shared with us! I learned so much! The tasting room was beautiful, spacious, and inviting, and the staff were great! Kyle shared detailed information about the mixology and craft, and Linnea was beyond fun and welcoming with so much information and enthusiasm -
Really great place When we came the chef wasn't there but they allowed us to bring in food so we could drink and eat. The 🍶 sakes here are very good. They seasonal ones and those had so much favor and fruity taste. The atmosphere was super nice and elegant. We were able to reserve a spot for 8. Highly recommend this place . Definitely will be back.
