Wow, this is some good soul food. The fish was fishy in a good way- indicating that it was fresh like it was recently caught, seasoned to perfection along with the shrimp, which I’ve never seen uniquely filleted this way. This will make someone who doesn’t like shrimp like shrimp. Definitely want to come back and try the Mac and cheese!
I just want to thank Sun God for such an experience. Today was my first time here and I will definitely come back. The food was immaculate! I haven’t had fried fish so good in such a long time. The drinks were also bomb! We dined in and the music and conversation kept us there for hours. We even got to play games like connect 4 and tic tac toe along with cards. For the fish and shrimp, I must tell you is a small little place.You'll miss it.But that fish was very, very nicely.Seasoned and flavorful as well as I got aside out of mac and cheese very good. Just note is in the heart of brownsville. The food is delicious
