Alex and his team at 1623 Flatbush were outstanding. I made a mistake as the customer, and instead of making the situation difficult, Alex went above and beyond to help resolve everything professionally and quickly. The level of customer service, patience, and care they showed was exceptional. Alex took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. It is rare to find a team that treats customers with that much respect and attention. I highly recommend
Service was quick . Food was good. I got the All American Bacon Cheeseburger with Tator Tots. Tots were fresh and crispy. Burger was really good.
Zero stars if I could. They advertised a free burger with a 15$+ purchase on the app. Yet whenever I tried to redeem the burger on the app it wouldn’t go through so I spent 20$ on lukewarm wings. Staff was very unhelpful. Will never come to this place again honestly.
