Does this branch even have a manager? I want them to fully understand and seriously take into account what I’m about to say!! I waited 30 minutes for my order, and then it turned out they had given it to someone else. They remade it for me, but it was completely different from what I originally ordered. I ordered to pick up but needed to use the restroom so I went into the Restroom. The smell of urine and the floor being wet I couldn’t take it so I just washed my hands. Bathroom is filthy,disgusting. I picked up my order from counter and the girl was nice. I sat on the stool to eat my food but I had to wipe down the counter as it looked to have recently been wiped with rag with Clorox. I had to just sit and eat my food in the parking lot inside my car.
Our son, Ace, his dream is to become a worker at McDonald’s one day. We enjoy visiting different locations to talk to the staff and check out different menu items. He was gifted for Christmas a McDonald’s uniform, so he was so excited today to show it off at Brooklyn’s Utica Ave location.
