From the very beginning, the experience was off—the employee taking my order was noticeably unpleasant and unwelcoming. I should have taken that as a sign, but I decided to move forward anyway. Horrible burger King. Won't be coming back. You need to advertise two things, one: that the drink station is closed indefinitely and two that you charge for refills. And also that you charge for water.
Zero customer service skills. I ordered a whooper and they give me a fish sandwich. When I come back to change it they said sorry there's nothing we can do. On top of that they have a hard time understanding basic language. Terrible BK avoid it. April 12, 2025
