I’m a loyal Burger King customer, but the inconsistent service and food quality have been frustrating me lately. For every positive experience, I’ve had three or four negative ones. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week I visit; every experience has been disappointing. I understand that serving the public can be challenging, and everyone is likely overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, but when I pay for food, I expect it to be reasonably fresh and to receive all the items I ordere
I’ve been coming here for a while, and Michelle, the young lady at the front, is always so welcoming. She greets me with a smile every time I come in and makes the whole experience that much better. The customer service is excellent, and I honestly prefer coming when she’s there. 10/10, highly recommend!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My order was incorrect multiple times. First, my sweet and sour sauce was missing even though I ordered chicken nuggets. When I went back to request it, a male staff member responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, telling me I wasn’t supposed to get any and that he would “only give me one.” Only after I insisted that I did order nuggets did he reluctantly hand me two sauces, clearly annoyed.
