I honestly don’t understand how Kings Burger inside the mall is still in business. The prices are completely out of line for what you get you’d expect high-quality food at those rates, but it’s the exact opposite. The burger was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting around way too long. The fries were soggy and barely warm. Nothing felt fresh. For the amount they charge, this is unacceptable. The supposed boss told me they don’t have meals/combos?? On the menu screens above they’re shown and on the kiosk there were meals but since i was paying cash i had to order with her. Very unpleasant and dissatisfied with the fact she lied about it. Went back and asked this sweet dark skinned lady (didn’t get her name) and she told me they DID have meals..wouldn’t recommend and the health score is a c.
My opinion about this Burger King at the SI mall needs improvements to compete with the other franchise in customer service. The girl cashier at this location taking the customers orders isn't friendly or charming at all. She needs to be trained to be more friendly, attentive to give the drinks and do her best to give a good customer service. I had to ask them to give me a shake that I had paid for and they forgot to put it in my order. The quality of the food always is good, fresh and delicious
