I understand this is a new Burger King location and that some growing pains are expected with a new franchise. However, the two experiences I’ve had at the 620 W 181st St location over the past month have gone well beyond what I would consider reasonable, even for a poorly run establishment. Since opening, this location has not offered mobile ordering or in-store kiosk ordering.
