Assistant manager is very rude and nasty. Informed her the ladies room needs to be cleaned. Her response was very dismissing condescending. If she's handling your order, don't walk, run. If she's unable to make sure the bathroom or premises are clean, how can you trust her to handle your food
The service is so slow. Every time I've gone has been a good 15 minute wait for food; sometimes it's longer. That's for one meal and an extra side at most, when the place isn't all that busy (four or five people waiting at max). The food is fine, but it's just not worth the wait.
Update: even SLOTHS move quicker than these employees! Even after trying to modernize by installing ordering kiosk stations service is still abysmal. However the sandwiches here are better than your average Burger King.
