I genuinely love coming here—this was actually my second visit today, which says everything. I stopped in for a light brunch, and it’s quickly become one of those places you keep going back to without thinking. The menu is simple but exactly what you want—great coffee, a few really well-done pastries The atmosphere is what really makes it. It’s quiet, cozy, and feels like a hidden escape in the middle of Chelsea. Not too overcrowded, not chaotic—just a really nice space to slow down for a bit.
If you’re a matcha lover, Cafe Ambrosia is 100% worth a stop 🍵✨ This spot has a ton of indoor seating, which is such a win if you’re trying to sit, relax, or get some work done 💻 The matcha menu is the highlight here. They have some really fun specialty drinks like strawberry matcha and yuzu matcha 🍓🍋 I went with the strawberry matcha and loved it. It was refreshing, smooth, and not overly sweet. They also have a lot of milk options, so it’s super easy to customize if you want non dairy 🥛
Gorgeous space with the warmest service. Settled into the couch with an iced yuzu matcha latte and didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, a perfect NYC cafe to slow down in. ☕️
