What a wonderful evening at Café Boulud at Maison Barnes. The ambience in Le Salon is fantastic- intimate, beautifully decorated, and uniquely designed. Excellent attention to detail, presentation of each dish was amazing. Everything we tried was tasty, tartlet with caramelized sweetbreads was quite unique. Cod confit was also delicious. There are several areas in the restaurant which creates a more private feel, ambiance is quite different in each area. Madelines were so light, a perfect finish for any meal if you are looking for something light.
