I had the most exceptional breakfast/brunch at Cafe Zaffri today where I surprised my bridesmaids with a proposal brunch. Juan and his team were incredible helpful, welcoming, and were so sweet in making sure everything was perfect for us. They gave us time to enjoy the beautiful space, helped us take photos to document this special time, and even were gracious enough to have some complimentary dessert for us to enjoy. The entire space is thoughtfully designed - elegant, cozy, with comfortable seating arrangement. Lovely menu, lots of shareable dishes, great bread, so best to have a few people to try different dips and items. All well executed with memorable flavors. Service was a bit spotty though. There’s no waiting area if you arrive early, the first host asked me to wait by the standing bar (awkward and uncomfortable), I just asked another host if I can grab a seat at the cocktail area, no issue.
