This place is packed with people who haven’t even bothered to order anything — they just sit and take up all the tables. It’s unacceptable. I strongly urge the owner to clear out those who aren’t paying customers, so that actual patrons can have a seat and enjoy their coffee.
You have to change the worker Rosa or change her working time because she is annoying.
