Had such a great time here with a group of three! The drinks were all solid in price. They have a bunch of different beer shot options that are $8 to $10. Also got a mango Bellini, which was so freaking good. For food, we got fries, mozzarella sticks, a burger, chicken nachos, and chicken Tinga tacos. All solid food options. The star of the place though is the service. The place was really busy, but we always felt taken care of. excited to go back for trivia night on Tuesdays.
I rarely write reviews, but I really had to because this is my new favorite burger in brooklyn. Like I'd go well out of my way to come here. Last night, I got the pulled pork burger with oaxacan cheese and my fiance got the chicken sandwich, both were insanely good and very reasonably priced. I'm also very discerning about fries and these were 10/10. Crisp outside with some skins still on and still moist inside. Not oversalted, not undersalted. Hats off, god damn. Service was the cherry on top
I’ve been here a handful of times before make this review. I’ve always had a good time at Cpt. Dan’s, the tavern burger is delicious and what I get every time. What made me want to post this review was the most recent time I was there they were incredibly busy. There was just 1 server working the floor, Kendrick.
