Went at 3 Sunday afternoon, not busy. Seated right away, took 15 minutes for waiter to get around to us, others seated after us had already ordered by the time our waiter bothered. Food came out and was not hot. The corned beef and pastrami, Peters special - I have never had corned beef and pastrami that was so totally tasteless. The bread was soggy and only one side was toasted. The person with me got chicken and waffles, also served luke warm. The chicken was greasy like the oil was not hot
We stopped here after a show on Broadway and I wasn't that impressed. I had the organic roast chicken which was pretty dry and the Greek fries were just normal fries with huge square chunks of feta cheese. Definitely a lot of food but not great. It was a nice seating area and this was conveniently close and open later but otherwise I probably wouldn't come back here.
Cute little diner with a nice vibe, but the service was a bit slow during our visit. The vegan meatballs were okay, but not flavorful enough, and the sauce didn’t mix well with them. The pesto pasta was good. The chocolate pancake strawberry milkshake was definitely a highlight. It was delicious, and the presentation was really nice. The strawberry mule was decent as well.
