Some of these entitled customers come into Carvel expecting white-glove service. Venchi or Amorino is the place for that. This isn’t the place for you if you want to be greeted like a celebrity. You’ll find quick, reasonably priced ice cream cakes and cupcakes here. However, if you want a perfectly crafted artisan cake packaged with a beautiful smile, be prepared to spend $100. I would give ZERO stars if I could too, everyone here is absolutely right. Went here for a birthday cake and asked to see the medium and large sizing circle cakes. The employee didn't know what I was talking about. I think I wouldn't be so disappointed if not for the horrible writing on it. Every year the 'Happy Birthday' is at least centered at other Carvel locations. No words LOLOL
We were assisted today by Andrew with all smiles, he is the best and the friendliest. The lady before was not smiling at all. We almost gave up buying here because of her, but today it changed, Carvel is our favorite and Andrew too!
