Disappointing experience. The ice cream was okay, but it started melting almost immediately after being served. The staff member was rude when I asked her to repeat herself, responding with attitude and unnecessary gestures. Customer service was definitely lacking and made the visit unpleasant.
attitude from employee in an empty ice cream shop on a hot day. while im deciding what cone to get, she asks me "WHAT TYPE OF ICE CREAM?!" then I pick the flavor and she proceeds to grab a cake cone. so I say I want a waffle cone and so she puts the cake cone back and gets a waffle cone. maybe she should have waited to let me decide which cone I was getting. then she rings me up and charges me 3.75% fee for my DEBIT CARD. bad attitude, illegal business practice. yeah you deserve this bad review
I don't know why serving ice cream has upset the small old man in there so much. Every time I order it's like I did something in the past that hurt him or his family. Every order seems like a chore that your wife asks you to do on a Sunday morning (your only day off), you really have no motivation to do it but you do it anyways as you'll get grief for the next few days if you don't.
