This carvel is the best one around. Their selection and variety of cakes is always amazing. The staff is always friendly and caters to some of my unusual sundae requests ie. pineapple and hot fudge. The store is very clean, too!
They were open late (honestly, I didn’t expect to be able to get ice cream at almost 10 PM anywhere, but these guys were here for me!), they are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person, they have more cake types available than I have seen at other locations, and the gentleman who did the writing on the cake that we ordered was essentially a calligrapher. I wish I had taken more photos, but honestly I was too happy with my ice cream and my experience to think about much else.
my daughter, had her going away and birthday party today had pre-ordered a cake only to show up and find out that they had missed the order. However the owner did what ever good business would do and take care of its regular customers. He printed a new graphic and delivered it himself to the party just in time for the happy birthday song.
