My family loves the chocolate ice cream cones dipped in chocolate coating, brown bonnets. They have them here. I stop every time I return to Staten Island. Always friendly service and ample parking. Thanks. I'll be back again.
What an awful experience. Good ice cream though but the unpleasant stares, no greeting or joy from the 12 PM Sunday employee could make all the ice cream melt. you come in there with with your kids to get some ice cream what awful unpleasant person. Reading the reviews it seems like the owner is not different.
The customer service was awful and unfriendly. I like Carvel icecream deals but in this store they just customized the deal in this specific store. They don't implement Carvel deals as it is advertised, they do the deal only on certain sizes.
