I’ve never had a problem purchasing a sundae dasher with ice cream at this carvel and the girl that was there tonight said who ever was selling it to me before was probably doing it wrong. First of all I don’t know what was her problem or if she just didn’t want to work because it clearly says on the screen (soft or ice cream) and when I mention it she said only if it was the mint she could do it but they didn’t have mint. This store carvel staff, I think he is either the owner or owner’s family, gave me a melted soft swerve ice cream and declined to change. I reluctantly paid. The weather is not even warm right now. The melted ice cream melted even more and soon became watery within a few minute when we came out.
