Great experience at Carvel in College Point. The place is very clean, the ambience is nice, and the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. Demi held it down at this Carvel location with superb service. She was the only staff there that day where there was 7+ customers and still went well and beyond for me when I was pre-ordering a birthday cake. The boss over the phone was also very kind with going through the ordering process and Demi made sure we get everything accurate and helped tailored what flavors, layers, size, designs, and so forth that was recommended.
