Bough a lil cake for my mother’s bday and I have never had a horrible cake from carvel before. The crunchies were stale even the chocolate part of the cake was old. If I didn’t know better I could’ve sworn this cake is probably been in their freezer for two years. What kills me is that it was for my mother bday and she only wanted a small ice cream from carvel . Come on guys cakes are usually for celebrations. Don’t ruin it for someone because the cake that you have at the store is not following
Had a wonderful experience at Carvel for Mother’s Day! The cake looked absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the pickup process smooth and pleasant. Everything was packaged nicely, and the presentation was perfect for a special occasion. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely come back again for future celebrations. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years and actually worked here when Pat owned it. Michelle (or Anna?) was the last owner but I’ve noticed the quality has gotten worse lately and it’s really disappointing. Even though the quality of the soft ice cream is still the same, it seems like there’s a new owner now because I’ve noticed massive disappointing changes. For starters, they’ve gotten super cheap with their saucers because there used to be more ice cream in them, now there’s less ice
