Consistently SUB-PAR. Nasty attitudes, bland low-energy staff. This wouldn't be so bad if the quality of their products were good (I know, how could you mess-up ice cream - THEY FOUND A WAY!) Not only has their ice cream been spoiled but I've received terribly decorated cakes that obviously have been sitting for a long time. UPDATE: The owner of this location reached out to me personally to get more information and provide a resolution. He was super understanding and relatable and really helped

a fly is what i found in my carvel today.Never have i went to carvel and there is bad odor made me gag multiple times.He was nice at first but then when i told him about the fly in ice cream he said it could have came from outside when i had a lid on it.I had to eat a few scoops before even seeing the fly.He told me it could have came from my hair.I dont know if he is the owner but he is very rude.
