DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.! THEY ARE A RIP OFF! They have small size on menu but tell you they don't have it to force you to buy the larger and more expensive meal. unbelievable!😩 Also, employees should not be so ignorant to not realize that someone that is speaking to them in english does not understand Spanish when they decide to talk about you. ignorant female and male that were working. could not even tell me when the manager was available!
ROACH ALERT! Do not eat here if you value your health. Used to LOVE cinnabon until i found some extra protein in my order. After going through a tremendous ordeal for a refund which still hasn’t been provided, i was ghosted by customer service. Odds that this was an isolated incident is zero.
Amazing Cinnamon rolls every time!! The customer service is also VERY good! I was pleasantly surprised. They are not a reflection of what goes on beyond its doors. Well all know 3rd ave is very ratchet and drug infested but this place is a start to something better. I really hope they can upkeep their standards without getting influenced by the outside! You guys are doing great!
