Staff is professional and welcoming. Out waiter was knowledgeable about the dishes and made great recommendations. Service was excellent and food didn’t take too long. We ordered the beat salad and Guacamole to start. Our main dishes were the Ole and the octopus. I enjoyed the octopus very much, it was tender and had great taste . I’m visiting New York on vacation and came here after seeing several TikTok videos about this restaurant. It definitely lived up to the hype! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Franco took great care of us throughout our visit—he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Great experience at Casa Carmen! The atmosphere is lovely and the basket wall decor is super cute. Service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and gave great recommendations. The pork and ribeye tacos were delicious! The branzino tacos were a bit dry and not as flavorful as we expected. We also tried the mole negro with tortillas. My friends enjoyed it but it was not my personal favorite. Overall a great meal and I would recommend it.
