Fresh, inspired Italian with low-key but attentive service. We really enjoyed the gnocchi and tortellini, and Napoleon for dessert - highly recommended!
Come hungry! Bring your patience with you! The not so secret secret is out - and Tevere is back. Now called Casa Tevere located just a short walk from its prior location. When this place closed , everybody was shocked and sad. Now we all came running back for the best kosher meat Italian cuisine on the in NYC. Tony is just the sweetest man, catering to all the loudest and hungriest.
Went to Casa Tevere for the first time and it was truly a delight. The food and service was even better than Tevere 84. Tony really adds to the chilled vibe. Food was delicious, and served in a timely manner. While the restaurant is a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. I would recommend Casa Tevere to anyone looking for a nice evening out at an authentic Kosher Italian restaurant. It really was a great experience.
