Caviar Kaspia at the Mark remains one of my favorite spots for high fashion lunch that feels both indulgent and ligth. The Salmon salad was beautifully prepared the fish was perfectly seared and seasoned, offering a fresh, clean contrast to the restaurant's more decadent caviar offerings.
