I love this place. Been coming from time to time because all the food is great jamaican cuisine and it's not expensive whatsoever. However today I bought a regular beef patty for my little brother and they handed us this. Mind you we didn't touch anything in the bag until we got home. Very miserable looking patty right? Either way he still ate it and loved the flavor so that was the plus side. I don't know if we upset them or something but I promise I said please and thank you when ordering and

Horrible customer service. False advertising on their IG page. I informed them that the cocktail patties that I received looked nothing like their website. One employee pretended to be the owner of the establishment and another employee refused to return the patties and was very combative. It's your own people that have the worst customer service smh. What I received vs what they advertised.
