I did my daughter's 4th birthday here and overall it was a good experience. The girl who was host to my party was great. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help me make this party as smooth as possible. Food was brought quick, drinks were put out immediately, my kids were happy. My only complaint is that it gets ridiculously packed with people on Saturdays 🫠. Not the establishments fault at all but definitely something to keep in mind. Trash. Every single tap for beer was empty when I came. On Memorial Weekend? How do you not have stock on a Holiday? One large but tired white man (who looked like he hates his job) barely opened his mouth to speak. One register open with a line wrapped to the door. Cotton candy machine out. This location is where miserable adults go to work. Just strange that there's no real leader at this location making sure things are ordered and prepared for service. The customer service is a 0. It was very clean! The young lady who greeted us at the door was so friendly! The manager said it was only her second day. It was very diverse group of patrons. There was a section that was actually fun for toddlers. Very calm and respectful environment amongst patrons. All workers were helpful and you could tell the manager took pride in her job.
