Must purchase a whole pie; come early to put in your order and come back to pick it up at a later hour. Based on strictly the taste, texture, and enjoyability of the pizza, 5 fricken stars. Had the Spicy Vodka and it was amazing. Its thin crust but holds its shape. The flavour was amazing. We arrived at 12:30PM on a Friday and was told the pizza wouldn’t be ready until 2PM. Arrived at 1030 and got first in line. Everyone else in the line who joined after was also there for the first time. Ordered at 1130, got my pizza 15/20 minutes later. Tried the spicy vodka, nduja, cheese, and tomato pie. Verdict- it is an exceptional pizza, no doubt. The crunchiness of the crust is pretty unique- it was a satisfying mix of both very crispy crunch and a semolina al dente pasta chew. Must be that Ceres wheat.
