Food was good for the price point but the signature pho and pork chop rice lack depth it its flavors. It was good portions but flavor can be more authentic. Thai iced tea was really good and more on the sweeter side. Staff were quick and efficient.
Chef Papa is an authentic Vietnamese spot and I loved the food here. The beef pho had a rich, flavorful broth, the fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. The beef sandwich was amazing and definitely a highlight. Everything tasted authentic and well made. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Vietnamese food!
I have dined here many times and the food is always good but I ordered takeout and the food was abysmal. The wings were not the same as the ones ordered when dining in and the fries were stale. I’m very disappointed not sure if there is a new cook or what but I would appreciate consistency cause I do not think I’ll be back.
