Here’s my honest review, the rooms are really outdated. In fact, I can’t believe this is a Hilton property—I definitely expected much more for the price. That said, the location and the service completely make up for it. Every single member of staff was incredible, including the housekeeping team: Deibbi, Natalia R, and Ramona D. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We were a pain and requested an early check-in. They were super kind about it and even stored our multiple bags of luggage without seeming annoyed while we walked around. We also had a ton of questions and still they were all super kind and accommodating. Can't not say enough positive things about this staff. Rooms were tight - but that is typical of NYC. Epitome of mediocrity. I mean it was fine. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. But you’re getting nothing exciting here. Rooms are furnished like dorm rooms. Beds were unbearably soft. No support at all. I reserved a king room and they didn’t save one and gave me two full beds instead. I’m 6’5”. So as a result my feet were hanging off the bed. The restaurant was not very good and very overpriced. Bar was beyond lame. Given the choice I’d definitely not stay here again. This was a work trip and
