I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. My order was prepared quickly, which I appreciated. Came here for the first time and had a good experience. Photos and videos are attached. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru since I had my dog and the drive thru was moving right along. My order was completely ready by the time I reached the window. Honestly I thought Chick-Fil-A had an outstanding service across all their locations as a regular standard however that wasn’t the case at this particular location. The store closes at 10pm and I happen to walk in at 9:58pm by which the cashier had the nerve to say “the audacity of me to walk in at 9:58pm” I paid no attention to her but her inappropriate comment turned me off soo much why does this young lady feel so entitled does she own the restaurant.
