Solid spot if you’re near JFK. It’s only about 10 minutes from the airport, so it’s perfect for a quick bite before a flight or a late night meal after landing. The food was super fresh and hit the spot. Customer service was top tier too. Saira, our server was amazing. She took very good care of a party of 10. Definitely a go to if you’re flying in or out and want something reliable and tasty.
This is truly a place that should be avoided. The employees, Ikram and Raja, were extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I waited a very long time for my food, and when it finally arrived, it had hair in it. When I showed them the issue, they seemed completely unsure of how to handle the situation. Instead of preparing a fresh meal, they simply removed the hair and brought back the same order, pretending that it had been remade. To make matters worse, the order was still incomplete. Overall,
Tex is normally a favorite spot. It would be considered a hot spot because of its predecessor, The original Square Slice of Pizza! Nevertheless, some of the specials dont include a beverage. Customer service rep can do a better service if they just take a moment to suggest additional items. It never hurts to ask, no questions are dumb questions. The food is Great! The more the people know about your menu, the better they can make an informed decision! AMEN
