This is my first time having chick fil a in a while, I went in with high expectations! I got a chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese and delicious waffle fries. I enjoyed all of them and their flavor was multiplied paired up with the chick fil a sauce. Also, the service was amazing. In the end, my expectations were exceeded!
I came to this mall while in town, literally just to try this Chick-Fil-A because I had heard such great things. All I can say is, the hype is REAL people. Hands down the friendliest staff ever and I got my food in like 3 seconds. It turned out they were celebrating a grand reopening that day as well and I met the new owner who gave me a $5 gift card. Classy. If you’re anywhere near the mall, this is where you want to eat lunch today, trust me.
I ordered from the Queens Mall Center Chick-fil-A in New York, and I was honestly very disappointed. The chicken I got had a lot of skin and fatty pieces — it was really disgusting and ruined my meal. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for good quality food. If I wanted to deal with that much skin, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. It’s unacceptable, and I’m definitely letting others know about this experience. I hope the management pays more attention to food q
