Extremely nice customer service at this location. There were 2 vegan options when I visited, and I tried the brookie. When served warm, the chocolate is very very rich and dense and overwhelmed the cookie flavor almost completely. However, after a day in the fridge, I found it delivered more of the cookie aspect I was craving
came here for the vegan cookie, it was amazing!! i got the brookie flavour and it was super decadent. i'll be thinking about this cookie until i can come back
Love this chip city! The cookies are always fresh and so tasty. Prices aren’t ridiculous for Rockefeller center and they’re so worth it! And the staff is great. There’s this thicc white boy with curly blonde/brown hair and glasses. He’s always a hype man. I love when I see him working cause he really sells the product in the best way!
