Cookies are so fresh and warm. The perfect consistency, just the right amount of soft and gooey in the center, but doesn't fall apart. Staff at this location is super friendly. It's a very small shop, no place to sit or hang, so you got to take your cookies to go.
I'm absolutely loving Chip City Cookies! Not only are they super delicious and rich, but the customer service is also amazing. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly I felt right at home when I visited yesterday. I'd definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
I specifically passed 2 other storefronts because online they had the cookies that I wanted. Not sure if they had already sold out or she wasn't paying attention to the tickets and gave away the last ones. Almost half my order had to be changed. I understand its about availability but I wasn't happy at all. Its also Almost like they have to say every cookie is good.
