Hip, counter-serve chain for gourmet takes on fast-food classics like burgers & frozen custard.
From Google Maps reviews.
The rating was a three. In my rip burger, there was way too much barbecue sauce, so it was unpleasant to eat. Also, a girl in our group ordered a dish because she has a gluten allergy, and they put a bunch of cheese in it, so they had to redo it. And they also didn’t give us any napkins. So, the service was so-so, and the food as well. But the interior was beautiful. Also, the restroom was awful, small, and on the first floor it smelled like some kind of dampness; the table also smelled the same
Good food, but the environment and service are unacceptable. To be fair, the burger patty was truly crispy and delicious. However, the place itself was filthy and neglected, with trash scattered all over the floor. The staff was incredibly rude and had a prejudiced, almost racist attitude toward a tourist who simply asked how the ordering system works. It’s also quite expensive considering the very small portions. I wouldn't necessarily tell you to stay away, but I definitely wouldn't recommend
This establishment has self service so you can order with a tablet and grab a number and someone will take your order to you, it was easy to use, the order arrived fast and food was delicious as always. It may take a couple of minutes to find a place to seat but you'll get there.
